• All orders received before 3:00 pm (Monday - Saturday) will be arranged for delivery within the same working day. (8am - 5pm).
• For orders received after 3:00 pm (Monday - Friday), it will depend on our operational availability. We will try to arrange for same day delivery, otherwise, it will be made the next day.
• If you require same day delivery for order placed after 3:00 pm, please call us directly at (305) 264 - 5999. We'd gladly try our best to assist.
• During the Peak/Festive Season e.g. Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year, kindly place your orders in advance to ensure accurate delivery arrival for your desired date.
• Due to the unusually higher demand during Peak/Festive seasons, we will try to accommodate your special time request to the best of our abilities. Otherwise, delivery will be made within the delivery date .

The arrangement you receive may not perfectly match the photo because certain flowers, vases, and varying products are subject to availability. All substitutions made to the arrangement will always match or exceed the value and quality of your original selection.
