You’ll receive confirmation of the order via email or text message with your receipt and all the order details. We will also receive this information in our stystem.
Our floral designers will start there and create the arrangement you are looking for. Orders typically placed in the morning will be delivered before noon, any orders placed during the day will be delivered before business closing hours.
Many of the photographs on the website are styled as one sided arrangements where all flowers are in their peak-bloom. The arrangement that is delivered contains the same number of flowers but they are arranged throughout the entire vase, which may make it look different than what was pictured.
Occasionally, substitution of flowers, plants, or containers may occur due to local availability. We take the utmost care to ensure the same style and color scheme of the arrangement is maintained using similar items of equal or greater value.
As all flowers are seasonal, we shall replace with others of the same value should the flowers/fillers/foliage become unavailable. With regards to the sizes/colours/shapes of the flowers, it may differ in terms of colours/sizes/shapes from the product photos as flowers are a nature product. Nonetheless, our florist team will still craft out beautiful bouquets for our customers at all times.
A complimentary message may be added to the order. To leave a personalized message with the gift, simply fill out the Card Message field during the selection process. No billing or personal information will be included on the card.
Of course you can! We love to help our customers to remain anonymous to the recipient by creating a sense of mystery and secrecy. We promise not to divulge the sender's details to the recipient or anybody. So secret admirers and lovers who would want to spice their love life up a bit by giving a surprise are MOST welcomed.
Yes sure you can, we can customize the colors, the flowers, even the ribbon to a certain colour or type that you require. You can contact us via email info@terraflowersmiami.com and do send us if you have a photo of a certain bouquet/arrangement that you would like us to replicate, but we try our best to customize to our very best.
A little extra care can make a big difference for any size flower arrangement or fresh flower bouquet. Most floral arrangements last from 4-7 days or longer, depending on the flowers used and the care they receive

Yes! We offer free in store pick up services for any of our arrangements.
Yes! We are always able to accomadate any delivery date changes to your order. Please make sure we receive a timely notice in order to prepare the flowers.

Coordinating funeral arrangements for a loved one can be stressful. When you order from us, we help guide you through the process and guarantee your arrangements will arrive promptly before the service begins.
If sending flowers to a student, please send them to a residence as schools do not typically accept flowers for delivery to students. Deliveries for teachers should be placed early in the morning or the day prior in order to be delivered before 2:00 PM.
If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the gift may be left with a neighbor, in a safe place, or at the door. In some cases, the florist may contact the recipient to verify the address or confirm they are available for delivery.
In the event that the recipient refuses to accept a delivery, the sender is held fully liable for the cost of the gift.
The customer assumes all liability for requests to leave arrangements. Due to South Florida's hot temperatures during the summer, we highly discourage requests to leave on a delivery a doorstep, porch, yard, or any location where the recipient cannot accept the arrangement themselves. Terra Flowers Miami cannot be held responsible for missing or faulty product due to this special request.
